Account limits depend on your active plan.

Free Tier Limits

• Projects: Limited to 1.
• Tasks & Integrations: Limited to 10.
• Daily Events: Subject to a daily rate limit (e.g., 1000 events/day) to prevent abuse.
• Payload Retention: 7 days.

Payload Retention Explained

When you send a webhook payload, we store the full raw JSON body in the database to help you debug and troubleshoot. Because these payloads can be massive, they are automatically purged after your retention period expires. However, the core ledger record (the fact that the event occurred) is kept forever and your time-saved metrics will never decrease.
