Overview of Integrations

Integrations are the bridge between your automation platforms (Make, Zapier, custom scripts) and Time Hive. They link directly to a Project.

Creating an Integration

Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar.
Click Connect an integration.
Select the Project this integration belongs to.
(Optional) Select a Default Task. If no task_id is sent in your API payload, events will be routed to this default task. Leave it empty to use one integration for several tasks: each request then sends the task_id of any task in the project.
Select the Platform you are connecting from (Make, Zapier, n8n, Custom).
Give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Make.com Webhook").

The Ingest Token

Upon creation, you will be shown your Ingest Token. Treat it like a password. You can reveal and copy it again later from the integration's detail page, which also shows the endpoint, an example body and the full Task IDs for the project.

If you lose your token, you must use the Regenerate Token action on the Integration page, which will immediately invalidate the old token and issue a new one.
